Thank you for the question! In 10+ years, I can’t say we’ve ever seen this question!

The MA CCC requires that the addresses on identification and proof of residency be consistent, but they do allow a mailing address (in Massachusetts) that doesn’t have to be the same. Does this option work for your situation?
