•Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase.

•The service or product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

•Proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

•Downloadable software products

•Certain health and personal care items

•Content Subscriptions: Refunds are not applicable to digital content such as newsletters, blogs, or other written and digitally transferred subscription-based content, which are deemed non-refundable once accessed.

3. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges
